Shipping policy 

Please allow 4-7days for delivery


If your package is marked as delivered and hasn't arrived, we ask that you please contact USPS​ and file a claim to sort it out.


If there are any known delays you will likely have been informed via the email you provided. If not, please contact us via email or provide your information in the con tact form below.


Once the packages are given to a USPS we are NOT responsible for your package.

glossByLon is not responsible for any DAMAGED, MISSING or STOLEN packages.


Processing time

2-10 business days 


Processing time does not equate to shipping days.


Processing times does not include delivery times. Delivery time starts once your package is handed over to USPS.


Excluding weekends and holidays


Return/Exchange policy 



We do not exchange products or returns due to contamination and/or tampering.


If there are any mistakes made on our behalf, you may contact us via email. and we will try our very best to  correct the situation.


If your package is returned to us by USPS for any reason, YOU are going to be charged a shipping fee to ship out your package again. 


Please make sure your address is correct and avoid giving false information. 

If you experience any irritation or reactions to any of our products, please discontinue use and contact your doctor.  contact for more inquires! It may take up to 24 hours to get a response!
